These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and cljili ("cljili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the cljili online gaming platform available at https://cljili.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any cljili service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Age Verification. cljili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of cljili complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. cljili makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.4 Exclusion of Minors. If cljili discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 21 years of age, cljili will immediately suspend the account, void all transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cljili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. cljili reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cljili login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified cljili of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.3.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). cljili is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by cljili for KYC purposes, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cljili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:
Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted and will not be processed. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the cljili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). cljili does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by cljili and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. cljili reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. cljili aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. cljili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.
4.5 Player Funds. Player funds are held separately from cljili's operational funds. cljili does not use player deposits for operational expenses.
5.1 General. cljili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. cljili reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where cljili determines in its sole discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements in good faith, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
5.4 Eligibility. cljili reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are not available to professional gamblers, syndicates, or individuals using automated betting systems.
6.1 Certified RNG. All games available on the cljili Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not manipulated by cljili or any third party.
6.2 Game Rules. Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, cljili reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stakes to the player's account. cljili shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original stake.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify cljili within 72 hours of the disputed event. cljili will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cljili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 cljili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cljili account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cljili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
cljili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cljili complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
cljili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cljili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. cljili operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
